What is Tight Hip Flexor and Injury?
The tight hip flexor is a problem which doesn’t let you move your hip flexibly. You will feel pain while doing the normal movement. Mostly this can cause for leaving your muscle inactive for a long time.
Hip Flexor Injury occurs when one or more hip flexor is
torn. The psoas and iliacus are the two muscles which are most often injured.
When a smaller number of fibers is torn, the injury is relatively minor and
does not impact function, although it is still painful but when muscles tear
completely the injury is much more severe and can result in major loss of
function in the leg.

you stretch your hips, muscle cramp at your hip or thigh, sensitivity to the
